We dispatch all our orders within 1-2 days. Rush orders are often dispatched same or next day depending on the time of the order.
✦ CANADA:
You should receive your order within 8-10 business days via your daily mail delivered with Canada Post. Regular mail is untracked.
EXPRESS MAIL: 2-3 business days and is tracked. Please monitor the tracking we sent to make sure there are no delays on your package.
✦ USA FRIENDS:
Delivery is with USPS and is tracked. Please monitor your package once you receive the tracking information.
If you have not received your order within the estimated time, please contact us so we can send you a replacement item as soon as possible, the postal service is not perfect and lost mail may happen sometimes.

Every time an item is purchased, we go and prepare it especially for you. In order to comply with the Canada Post regular mail requirements, we may sometimes need to dispatch your order in separated packages. This only applies to orders using regular mail in Canada. You should receive your order at the same time or just one or two days apart.
