WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We dispatch all our orders within 1-2 days. Rush orders are often dispatched same or next day depending on the time of the order.
✦ CANADA:
You should receive your order within 8-10 business days via your daily mail delivered with Canada Post. Regular mail is untracked.
EXPRESS MAIL: 2-3 business days and is tracked. Please monitor the tracking we sent to make sure there are no delays on your package.
✦ USA FRIENDS:
Delivery is with USPS and is tracked. Please monitor your package once you receive the tracking information.
If you have not received your order within the estimated time, please contact us so we can send you a replacement item as soon as possible, the postal service is not perfect and lost mail may happen sometimes.

If you want excellent customer service and amazing quality, look no further! I love the teacher wine bags! Unfortunately the post office lost my order, and the owner offered to replace them if I didn’t get them the next day or two. She was so helpful and understanding. Thank you so much!
